Fire Damage in Milwaukee, WI

This home suffered a fire while the homeowners were away. The fire was caused by a candle that was knocked over by the family cat. The NFPA reported during a 5 year period, on average in the US there are 25 fires per day due to candles. Usually these candles were left by flammable material.  SERVPRO of Milwaukee North performed fire and smoke mitigation services followed by our rebuild department. As in the pictures you can see the before picture was so dark due to all the soot and the after shows this kitchen had an amazing transformation due to an unfortunate situation.
