Water Loss at Milwaukee Department Store

SERVPRO of Milwaukee North responded to a sump pump backup at a Department store in Milwaukee.  The water affected some of the cement floored backrooms and also one area of carpeted retail space.  SERVPRO was able to work while the store continued with business by making the area off-limits but also keeping to safety regulations like taping down air mover cords to avoid tripping hazards.  Our crew extracted the water and set up air movers and dehumidifiers and were able to save the carpet. 

With water losses it is important to act quickly because with our techniques and equipment many things like flooring and carpeting can be saved which leads to a smaller overall expense.  This area of the store was back in use in 5 days!
