Mold in Ceiling

A local condo owner suffered an unfortunate event when the upstairs neighbor's air conditioning unit experienced a water leak. The water had leaked through the floor of the above unit and into the ceiling joists of the lower unit. The owner of the lower unit was unaware of the water damage until significant mold growth had taken place. Upon the discovery of the mold the Homeowner contacted SERVPRO of Milwaukee North for remediation. The ceiling was opened up to discover the extent of the damage, containment was established & the cleanup began.
